I ordered this new remote for my Samsung TV. It worked fine for 5 weeks and then half its buttons just quit working . I changed the batteries. The remote still didn't work. So I started the process to get a refund from Amazon. Only to find out that there are no refunds after 4 weeks. Disappointing. I've contacted the seller to see if they will do anything. No response yet. This was an expensive remote. I expected much better quality for the money. Now I wish I had read the comment of buyers more closely. Many complain about buttons not working after a short period of time. Add me to that list. Are you thinking of buying this remote? My advice is don't do it. You will be disappointed.
