Separate a small section of hair. Place the end of hair section around the roller and wind upward toward scalp. Secure roller with metal clip. When setting time has elapsed, remove metal clips, gently unwind curlers from hair and style as desired.

I wasn't sure what I was seeing so I opened the tab sealing the zipper shut and low and behold I find a hair. Meaning this was used and returned. I was only using on wigs but still. Gross. Got them to replace it and sanitized the new batch.Thought they'd work better for curls but they just won't stay tight and look messy. Back to the self adhesive/velcro kind I guess. I'll try again some other time but I don't think I like them. At least the clips are handy

I have bleached hair and was using heat to style my frizzy, kinky, uneven messy natural curls. I've been blow drying my hair straight...literally for decades. I've never been able to embrace my curls - unless I used a very hot curling iron to style them. Now that I'm bleaching for a new silver grey look that I love, something had to give as I was experiencing a lot of breakage....very scary. So I bought velcro roller. These may work for some, but they just got caught in my hair, pulled, and caused more damage. So then I bought the magnetic/smooth rollers . These are my new go to and I love the look they create. I haven't mastered putting them in all neat and tidy yet, but the curls still come out very smooth. I now sleep in one of the satin bonnets and that keeps the curls intact for next day wear. Using the rollers is a bit of work, but the look you get is worth it and my hair is so much healthier and soft than it used to be. There are lots of youtube videos to get tips for anyone who wants to try the roller way.

I didn’t realize they could send pre owned hair tools. When I opened it, everything looked fine but upon further inspection I noticed lots of hair stuck in the clips and in the bottom of the packaging. If you purchase this product make sure you select the “new” option when you are on the “buying options” screen. The product works well for what it is, but I hadn’t anticipated having to clean it upon receiving it. Also do not try to use the clips that come with it, they will get caught in your hair. I ended up cutting one of the clips out .

I love these rollers! I've tried the Velcro variety in the past and found them way too harsh for my fine, bleached hair. Enter these "magnetic" rollers. I will caveat by saying that there is nothing magnetic about them, I don't know why they're called that. That being said, they're SUPER easy to use and the pack comes with everything you need and more to achieve bouncy bombshell hair. I barely use 1/4 of the pack when I do my hair - there's almost too many rollers but that's better than not enough. They take a bit of getting use to - the pinning especially, but once you get the hang out it they're quick and easy - you cannot beat the price either.
