  5. How did this link cable come about?

    We noticed that when our users want to use Quest 2 to play PC VR games for a long time, they will have puzzles as follows:

    1) Using common link cable, the computer USB port only provides 5V 0.9A current, so the power supply cannot cover the power consumption.

    2) Using AIR LINK will generate high-frequency information transmission and speed up the power consumption of the quest. Using a power bank can only temporarily slow down the power consumption speed.

    Finally, after 6 months, we have developed this link cable with a smart chip to help users play endlessly.

I've tried many VR cable along these 2 year. Never found anything like this one, my charge never go down more then 96% and vision is clear like never. I've secured the cable correctly and everything work better then expected. I'm recommending 100% trust me, if you got a Type-C ThunderBolt everything going to work as intended ! :D

This cable works very well with my Meta (Oculus) Quest 2. I personally achieve speeds of 3gbps, more than sufficient for PCVR. I believe the 3gbps limitation might be on my end, and I haven't tested its full capabilities yet. The cable is high quality and doesn't randomly disconnect, a common issue I've encountered with other cables. The right-angle end makes it comfortable when sticking out from the side of the VR. Additionally, it includes a piece of velcro for attaching the cable to the VR headstrap. The package also comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, allowing those without a USB-C port to use it. While using it straight as USB-C might get faster speeds, it's overall a great cable. I removed one star due to occasional charging issues with my headset. At times, during gameplay, the headset's battery drains, while other times it remains stable. Overall, this cable is great and i recommend it.

TL;DR: Excellent cable, reasonable price, charging is decent.

If you need a cord that's not to much money this is the one I recommend. It's not to long but it's also not to short it feels nice and does the trick. I can assure you that this is better than the $80+ cord from Oculus.

Purchased this cable based on the reviews. I have used it for several months and one day it stopped working. HOWEVER, upon reaching out to Kuject directly, they sent me a new cable right away. The quality of the cable itself is solid, just make sure you use the provided Velcro to secure the cable to the headset so it doesn't wiggle around. Overall very pleased with the cable and more please with the company's response and willingness to work out a solution to a faulty cable.
When using the cable to connect to the computer I thought it was a cable issue that caused my Quest 2 to not fully charge while using quest link. However, after a fair bit of research I found out that this is a drawback of the Quest 2 itself. It uses more power than even a cable can provide to maintain charge. So it is not a fault of the cable.

Edit:. The issue was resolved after working with customer service. This company clearly stands behind the customer and the product. Most of the issues were due to Meta and the system drivers.
