I used this product to fasten chrome mirror covers to my fathers 17 Santa Fe sport suv.The double sided tape supplied with the chrome mirror covers was poor quality and wouldn’t stay fastened to the mirror even after prepping the surface free of wax,etc.

The 3m command strips worked perfectly.Both mirror covers are now securely in place.Definitely a great product.A+++++++

It’s important to apply these by following the instructions and prepping the surface your using on to ensure optimal adhesion. I docked one star because the cost isn’t great. I recently moved into a place that doesn’t allow nails or screws so I hung up everything including curtain brackets and floating shelves with a bunch of these command strips. I spent a fortune on them so it would be good if they were more reasonably priced.

Followed steps for applying as mentioned in the given manual and a video on YouTube by Command. To our dissatisfaction, the strip does not work, at all. We tried it on different items, small and big, light- and heavyweight. Maybe others got lucky, but we used up all our strips and did not succeed to hang anything. Waste of money, would not recommend.

Según varios videos de youtube recomiendan este producto para poder "colgar" cortinas. Nada que ver.

En primera las cortinas más los cortineros - que son dobles - no alcanzan los 9 kilos que según puede cargar este producto(20 lbs), bueno, a pesar de que tuve que poner 3 puntos de agarre para los tubos, ni hace sostuvieron un peso menor al mencionado que resisten.

Se me vinieron encima tubos, cortinas, cortinero, y hasta las cositas en la que colocas el tuvo, y a la cual le pones este producto.

No lo recomiendo para cosas de más de 5 kilos, no las va a cargar realmente, y se va a dañar tu cortinero, o el producto que pretendes pegar a la pared.

Al final voy a tener que forzosamente perforar las paredes para poder poner mis cortinas.

Si acaso son cortinas y cortineros súper delgados y súper ligeros adelante, funcionan, pero no lo se. Fuera de colgar cuadros o cositas muy pequeñas y sin peso, la verdad ni las volveria a comprar, ni las usaría para cosas importantes.
