Ink cartridges (2) arrived on time and were packaged exceptionally well. I did experience error messages when I installed the cartridge which I thought might be due to reconditioned cartridge. I sent a comment to supplier and response was almost immediate with questions and assurance that they supported the product with an offer of replacement. After several more attempts I updated printer drivers and this did provide excellent print quality in the printer head reorientation process. Hence, the ink cartridge quality is excellent even though there still remains a printer issue not yet resolved.
