Multipurpose seasoning for many types of meals! It's a mild blend between garlic and roasted vegetables. It enhances the flavour of pasta, tomato sauces, dips, etc. Personally, I use it mainly to rub my poultry before roasting. That said, you can add it to almost anything that requires a few garlic and a little sweetness! I like the fact that the lid allows you to sprinkle a small or large amount at a time, as you wish.The jar was delivered well packaged, with its freshness seal in place. I regularly buy various spices/herbs from the Club House brand and they are always fresh and of excellent quality. Also, it is difficult to find large jars in grocery stores. Plus, the smaller jars that are more accessible often don't taste as good!----------------- Français -----------------Assaisonnement polyvalent pour plusieurs types de plats! Il est un doux mélange entre l'ail et les légumes rôtis. Il rehausse la saveur des pâtes, des sauces tomate, des trempettes, etc. Pour ma part, je l'utilise principalement pour frotter ma volaille avant de la faire rôtir. Ceci dit, vous pouvez l'ajouter à presque tout qui requiert un peu d'ail et un petit goût sucré! J'aime bien le fait que le couvercle permette de saupoudrer une petite ou une grande quantité à la fois, au choix.Le pot a été livré bien emballé, avec son sceau de fraîcheur en place. J'achète régulièrement diverses épices/fines herbes de la gamme Club House et elles sont toujours fraîches et d'excellente qualité. De plus, il est difficile de trouver des pots de grand format dans les épiceries. Sans compter que les petits pots plus accessibles n'ont souvent pas le même bon goût!
