Each gram of Clinpro 5000 Toothpaste contains 5mg of fluoride ion in a neutral pH base consisting of water, sorbitol, hydrated silica, glycerin, polyethylenepolypropylene glycol, flavor, polyethylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium dioxide, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium saccharin and TriCalcium Phosphate.

I used this every day at first but now I just use it once a day or every other day due to cost. I love how my teeth feel after using this tooth paste. They always feel so clean. It doesn’t foam like other toothpaste so at first I was cautious about its effectiveness but now I will be using this regularly. The vanilla mint is a lovely flavour. It’s light and pleasant. Good price compared to other ones with same amount of fluoride. Other toothpastes are really foamy and you wonder if you're actually brushing properly. This one's just right and I can feel where I'm brushing easily. But I'd prefer if it was a bit more minty. Also they updated the lid which was great. The flat opening on the previous one was a nightmare. Minus one star because it's not minty enough. Also, because this toothpaste is really difficult to squeeze out of the tube for some reason. Not good for the elderly.

I started using this a year ago because my sensitive teeth became more sensitive after invisalign treatment and regular fluoride toothpastes like sensodyne were no longer cutting it. Decided to give this a try and I find it has helped and is noticeable when I go in for my dental cleanings because it is not as uncomfortable. The flavor is nice and you don't need much to get a decent clean. The mint is not as strong tasting as store bought pastes but in a way I like that.
I wish it were a little cheaper but overall it is worth the price to ease my discomfort.
