Blown Fuses
Loved the design and features but the unit kept blowing fuses as soon as I plugged it in. Tried 20A fuse and still blew. Pulled out its own fuse then plugged in. Nothing changed. QA/QC doesn't seem to been applied here. I do like the unit and how it fits into the slot in my center console and will try again.*** UpdateJOYROOM Direct reached out and sent me a new unit. Didn't have to return and purchase new. Response was quick and prompt. Received the new unit within 2 days.It is now installed and working perfectly. Low profile and fits in the console very well.

With the good adhesion for mount, the quality of the buttons, the lighting for power when buttons are on, the accuracy of voltage, there not being any wiggle/wobble of ports or what's inserted in them, the amount & quality of ports and just everything you'd expect to perform from this unit is ABOVE any expectations...and I tried out EVERY port and fit & function which ALL is MORE than 'satisfactory'. I would buy this unit again if I had to make the choice of THIS unit or ANY other.
THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW OF A UNIT THAT WAS NOT A "VINE FREE PRODUCT"!!!
