In my camper van I have too many devices to connect and I don’t like the constant plugging and unplugging of the 12V adapters, so I bought this device to solve the problem.I have a CarPlay wireless screen, a wireless backup camera and a dash cam connected on the 12V ports, and each port has a power on/off push button that I wanted to have the option of turning each device on or off to save power. There is also a master power switch that turns off all power to the device when I shut off the engine, which I wanted.There are 4 USB ports (3 x USB-A ,1 x USB-C) to charge various devices such as smart phones, tablets, portable batteries, speakers, earbuds. Etc.It makes a nice clean installation in my Ford E-250 camper van, and things look organized with no cable mess like before. I used heavy duty 3M velcro to hold the device in place in my dash.

You can see the difference in the picture. Might be for different equipment, but it looks like they went with cheaper method on the other two plugs to save money.
Edit- the other two plugs don't have an LED light but it does look cheaper built as well, which was the source of initial skepticism
