I purchased a Chefman air fryer July 2023. I loved the size of the basket and the features it came with. It was easy to use and easy to clean. It worked fantastic and I used it pretty much daily until something went wrong with it. Since I had it less than a year I contacted customer service. Customer service was amazing. After a few emails verifying that something was wrong with it they emailed me paperwork to be able to send the unit back for free so they could investigate the issue further. As soon as they received the unit they promptly sent out a new air fryer. When the new air fryer arrived I was sad to see that UPS had pretty much destroyed it while in transit. I contacted Chefman customer service to report this and after a few pictures to verify the damage they had a new air fryer sent out that day. I have never had such prompt friendly service with a big company before. A special shout out to Jade in customer service. You were fantastic! I strongly recommend this air fryer for both the quality of the machine and the amazing customer service.

I've only received it a few days ago BUT I made the most delicious banana muffins, that were juicier than I ever was able to make them in the oven.
Also used it to make fries, veggie turkey schnitzels & asparagus and all turned out amazing.

I hope the machine keeps working. If not, I will update this review but so far I'm obsessed and will never go back to oven & stove cooking!

**Edit: something that I did not know is that hot air comes out of the back of the air fryer. So if you are like me, thinking an air fryer will keep your apartment cooler in summer instead of an oven. That is not the case.
Still love it so far, no issues.

My wife just loves this fryer. She was a little concerned at first but after the first meal (chicken) she was so pleased with it. I read some of the revue's, but was not put off by the negative one's. I think there is good and bad in every product but this one takes the cake.

i needed a replacement air fryer after my ninja burnt a giant hole from the bottom. theres less features and functions than the ninja but i much prefer the simplicity as i usually heat fish and meats. its stainless steel finish is easy to maintain, its tray is spacious and square and also easy to clean.

for a much more budget option it tackles all i need it to do. personally for me i much prefer physicial buttons over capacitive but, seriously an 8/10

Never heard of this brand so it felt a bit risky but this air fryer has been a great addition to the kitchen. It replaced an older "oven door" style unit that was impossible to clean. This one, the whole drawer comes out and goes right into the suds. Piece of cake. The display is easy to use and set time and temp. When you pull the drawer open during operation it pauses the clock and heat automatically. Really I love it. Made some killer potato wedges and wings in it.

The one annoyance is the vented tray that goes into the drawer that you put the food on is fitted with these rubbery pieces to hold it in place. They can come off real easy and fall down your drain when washing. On the one hand, good that they come off so you can wash out any stuck food particles. On the other hand if you don't notice one missing, it might be gone or chewed up in your garbage disposal.
