Used it for a good 3 years but out of nowhere the top of the case cracked from the batteries expanding inside. Not really safe to use anymore.

I had owned a few different powerbanks over the last few years in varying sizes 5000, 10000, 13000 and 20000+ mAh. The most practical in size was the 5000 but in all other aspects the 20000 is better but much larger. It charged slower and was reliable but was not as portable.
This powerbank combines the tiny form factor of a smaller powerbank with a good 10000 mAh with USB-C PD standard ubiquitous in most modern devices including phones, some earphones, tablets, laptops etc.

+ Offers three ports for simultaneous charging (USB-C, 2 X USB-A)

Charges quickly and delivers advertised power. I use this to power DJI FPV Goggles when I fly my Quadcopters, but I've noticed that when I plug in to the USBc port, it automatically selects 5v output, and I have to double press the button on the side, at which point it power cycles the battery bank, and reboots my goggles before it will kick into the 12v output that I need to properly power the goggles. There's no documentation or manual on the charmast product page, so I'm not sure if this is normal behavior, nor would I know whether it's delivering the higher output with other devices. Luckily, my goggles have a voltage meter, so I know the exact voltage output.Reviewed in Canada on June 1, 2022
