87% efficient
In the first picture is the output of this power bank: 33.66Wh (ignore mAh as that will always be voltage dependent - Wh is a true measure of capacity). Of the claimed 38.5Wh that makes this 87% efficient which is very good compared to other power banks I’ve tested.I’ve also put up a picture of my old 10,000 mAh Charmast power bank (which was my favourite power bank of all time until this one) and note: 28.23 Wh. Now keep in mind this other power bank is several years old so it’s not a fair comparison.All I’m getting at is this power bank does have an accurate rating (and I’ve tested quite a few power banks, 85%+ are the best I’ve seen, and bad power banks are 75-80%.The fact that this has lightning in (even if it’s slow), usb c in and micro in means you’ll always be able to charge it no matter what.Also the low current mode for charging Apple Watch and other low current devices works great, my other power bank would charge it 1/4 and shut off. This one charges it continually if you set it to low power mode.I will also say, despite this power bank having slightly LxW dimensions, the fact that it’s so much thinner makes it feel noticeably smaller. And in a pocket behind your phone charging it, the smaller width makes all of the difference in not making your pocket feel bulky.I do agree, the LED is not very bright, so on the white version it could be veryyy hard to see. Also the glass will get finger prints easily. But over all this is a fantastic power bank.Really, you cannot go wrong with this power bank.
