Just based on the interactions I have had with this seller, I would say they are very trustworthy and would recommend this product. As others have mentioned, if you need a different set of cables for whatever reason, they will be happy to send them to you free of charge. We mostly use Apple products here and were able to obtain replacement Lightning cables (since the default set of USB-C to USB-C cables didn't really fit our needs). Shipping was very fast - replacement cables were received 6 business days later, and this was over the holiday break.

The base product is of a high quality build and all pieces (including the removable baffles) feel quite sturdy. Charging speed is fast for devices we have tested, and it works with your own cables when needed (e.g. for smart watches with proprietary chargers). The only issue we have noted so far is that the smart LED indicator that tells you when a port is charging sometimes turns off prematurely (i.e. device is still charging, but the LED indicator light turns off). Working through this with the seller now, but the product can still be used to charge devices just fine without the indicator lights.
