I ordered this to help me make feeding my dog her antibiotic pills easier. She’s a heck of picky eater to begin with and when it comes to meds it’s just frustrating and annoying to get her to cooperate, even with the editable treat ones. This wet food worked like a charm. Was the right texture; it could be cut into pretty solid chunks which enabled me to hide the pills within it. The smell is what you expect from wet cat or dog food, pungent enough which suits my purpose for disguising the smell of the bitter pills. I could use one pack for morning and evening feeding her meds which was perfect and I would have some packs leftover for another time. She loved both flavours; the set comes with half beef and half chicken and she seemed to like the beef one slightly more. Would order again!

My senior dog, who always loved food, lost his appetite over several months and was losing weight. We had him on a home cooked diet and he refused to eat. We tried giving him all sorts of different foods which he would have once or twice then refuse. We finally hit on Cesar’s. At first he was okay eating the pate but then he went off that one. He loves this particular combo of chicken and garden vegetable strips and New York strip flavour strips. It’s like McDonald’s for Dogs with a Caviar price tag. We’ve tried to get him off it ….. but he’s like a little junkie, has to have it. He is a lean little fella as it is and this has put his weight back on and his appetite for it is really good :o) I don’t know what they put in it to make it taste so good to dogs but it certainly worked to get my little fur baby eating again. Too bad it’s costing his human’s $$$$$ Ah well, it’s the price we pay as the fur baby’s humans.

The packages are nice and fresh inside and easier to open. I just empty it out into his ball take a fork to it and squish it up to make it easier for because he only has one tooth left and he eats it all up then comes over to have his face wiped so I'd say he really likes this!
