With StarSense Explorer, locating objects becomes easy, fast, and highly accurate. Setup is a breeze, and within minutes you'll confidently navigate the night sky. Just place your phone in the StarSense dock, launch the app, and perform a quick alignment. The app then generates a list of visible celestial objects specific to your location. Arrows guide your telescope as you move it towards the selected object, and a green bullseye indicates when it's ready to view. With its 114mm parabolic primary mirror, this telescope offers excellent light-gathering capabilities for detailed views of celestial wonders like Jupiter's moons, Saturn's rings, and the Orion Nebula. The stable Tabletop Dobsonian base provides a sturdy foundation and is compact and lightweight for easy transport. Smooth motion in altitude and azimuth is ensured by Teflon bearings, while the integrated altitude "brake" system allows for tension adjustment. The tube cradle allows easy positioning for ergonomic viewing, and an eyepiece rack keeps extra eyepieces within reach.
