The Omni XLT AZ 102 refractor is a great telescope for adults and kids to use together thanks to its intuitive alt-azimuth mount and user-friendly design. The Omni can view all the best celestial objects. The telescope’s wide field of view allows you to appreciate extended objects such as the Pleiades Star Cluster, Andromeda Galaxy, or simply panning the Milky Way. Some telescopes can invert or flip your subjects, but Omni AZ 102 includes an erect image optics for correctly oriented images making the optical tube ideal for using as a spotting scope during the day. Setting up the telescope is a breeze, so you can begin observing in no time. Even on your first time out, you can assemble the telescope and its accessories in just a few minutes. The Omni 102AZ comes with two eyepieces (20mm and 10mm), finderscope and an erect image diagonal. You also receive a smartphone adapter to capture images and video of celestial or terrestrial objects. This smartphone adapter installs easily by clamping over the top of an eyepiece. The smartphone is held in position with the help of tightening knobs that securely lock your phone in place. Some large and/or bulky phone cases (including folio style cases) may need to be removed for the phone to fit in the adapter. Finally, you receive a dree download Celestron’s Starry Night Software, which will help you learn about the night sky and plan your next observing session. wow je suis hyper surpris par ce télescope. À peine reçu je me suis dépêché pour l'assembler. Les instructions était facile à suivre (mais en anglais seulement) puis une fois à l'extérieur j'ai trouvé une cible pour ajuster le finder-scope et hop prêt pour les 1ere observations
