Not compatible with Spotlight Cam Plus
First the instructions are very poor; just some pictures but no mention of parts not included [see picture]. Second and most important, the distance between the holes in the mount is narrower than the distance of the holes that are in the camera base and that are supposed to be fitted with some screws or posts that slide in the mount's holes. These screws that somehow are shown in the installation instructions are no where to be found in the shipped mount, nor with the camera [see the attached picture]. What are those screws/posts and where do they come from?Either way, the mount is not compatible with Spotlight Cam Plus at all.

They all work under the same app.
I just may upgrade my home traditional Security System with RING for that reason.
Almost forgot to mention….Have a smart TV? Ask Alexa to show you that view. Worth the money.
Yes, there is a subscription to buy but all products can be grouped under this one subscription.

UPDATE: The IR filter is now stuck and has been so for months. It is a hardware issue that is not fixable by updates. Many other people have the same issue. Hence the downgrade to 2 stars

Been installed for over a year, never cleaned or wiped, it survived through multiple Montreal snowstorms as well as rainstorms and -30°, +30° weather. Had some connectivity issues and slow streaming at first but was fixed with a ring doorbell chime pro.
