Frozen Hot Chocolate Cheesecake

Crust: Combine 2 c. chocolate graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. coconut sugar, 1/4 c. coconut oil. Set aside 3 tbsp for top of cake. Press remaining into a spring form pan right to the edges

Filling: In a mixing bowl beat 2 blocks of softened cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese). Add 1/2 c. icing sugar, 1/2 c. Castle Kitchen Double Dutch Dark Chocolate Mix. Mix until smooth. Add 1 c. almond milk and 1 c. coconut cream slowly until smooth. Fold in 1 c. of marshmallows. Pour onto crust and freeze for 4 hours. Sprinkle with chocolate sauce and leftover crust.

Dark Chocolate Protein Balls

Combine 3 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 1/2 c. of almond meal, 1/2 c. almond butter, 1/3 c. maple syrup, 1/4 c. unsweetened shredded coconut, 1/4 c. mini chocolate chips and 1/4 c. Castle Kitchen Double Dutch Dark Hot Chocolate Mix in a mixing bowl. Roll mixture into 1" balls, Refrigerate in an air tight container for up to 1 week.

Summertime Frozen Hot Chocolate

Place 3 c. ice cubes, 2 c. almond milk and 1/4 c. Castle Kitchen Double Dutch Dark Hot Chocolate Mix into blender. Blend until smooth and thoroughly combined. Pour into your favourite glass and top with whipped coconut cream or whipped cream.
