I like it.

- Set-up is a breeze (look for the adapter in Bluetooth settings)
- Comes with USB Type-A-to-C and USB Type-C-to-C cables so it should handle your connectivity requirements
- Powers on quickly
- Interfaces as expected with CarPlay
- The block is small so it doesn't take up much room on the console
- Connection is stable

Note:
- This adapter is for select cars that only support wired-CarPlay. If your car's wireless CarPlay isn't working, this won't replace that unless your car supports wired CarPlay, too.
- Some car's USB connections are flaky and cause disconnects. If that's the case, it's not the CarPlay adapter's fault. Just be aware of that possibility if you experience intermittent disconnects. An Internet search may be your friend at least confirming it may be your car.

The ability to have wireless CarPlay in a vehicle that isn't equipped with the option is very handy indeed.

Following the instructions, the set up was super easy. Wirelessly connecting to my Apple CarPlay worked very well.

The design of this wireless adaptor is an ideal size to allow you to place it out of sight. I have actually used double-sided tape to tack it into my centre console.

I have only been using it for a short time, but so far I haven't experienced any issues. There have been no dropouts and connecting my phone to the adaptor happens very quickly once the car has been started.

Overall, I am very pleased with this wireless CarPlay adapter, and I'm hoping it will last for quite some time.

I got this Apple CarPlay Adapter for my Mazda 3, which only supported wired Carplay. The product came in perfect condition - including the adapter and two cables (1x USB to Type C and 1x Type C to Type C). The adapter connected to my car using the USB to Type C cable without any issues. The user manual was easy to read and follow through. The initial setup was straightforward. The key for this adapter to work was to have both WiFi and Bluetooth enabled on your iPhone but not occupied. I found the downside to it was being unable to connect to other WiFi while connected to CarPlay. However, I typically use my data when I am outside so it doesn’t bother me. Once it was set up, every connection had been automatic, fast, and smooth.
Overall, this CarPlay adapter works as intended. It is a great solution for those with a vehicle that only supports wired Apple CarPlay and is looking for a wireless alternative.

This wireless Carplay adapter was really easy to connect. I followed the instructions, setting up initially via Bluetooth. Once that was done (less than 1 min) I had Carplay running wirelessly from my iphone.

Now whenever I turn on my car it connects in about 15 secs and starts playing my music. Love the convenience!

Super convenient accessory for any car that only supports wired CarPlay. Really love not having to constantly plug/unplug. Connection is straightforward for my Honda. Be sure to unpair any existing connections between your phone and car. Then plug this into your CarPlay port. Search for the device over Bluetooth and let it handle the rest. Quick connection every time I start the car. Can easily walk away and come back, it will auto connect. Very fast communication and works just like when the cable is connected. Quality of the device is very high end.

The dongle works great and it connected easily with my car. It took the usual drill to pair it and then let it work its magic with my phone. Once you do that, you don't have to worry about it any more. The small box is not obtrusive even though I prefer a dongle over any wired system whatever the size.

I think it has a cosmetic appeal to it. It does not look cheap and it does the job. For me, that is enough to give it the 5 stars as the shape is just the user's preference. I noticed that they offer this same component as a dongle so you may have both choices.

I read the instruction leaflet before starting, which I would recommend. I removed my phone from the car's bluetooth system and then plugged this device in. I added the device to my phone's bluetooth system and it all just connected up - instant Carplay for my car, wirelessly. Everything I needed was in the box and it took under 2 minutes from start to finish to be connected.

Occasionally it takes a little longer to boot up (maybe 10 seconds), but 95% of the time it boots instantly.. When it does take longer it shows the initial connection screen, but shows everything is actually connected up while it sorts itself out. I have never had to unplug or reboot it to get it to work, just a little patience and it works.

If it doesn't show the Carplay screen automatically (which it does 98% of the time) I just have to touch the Carplay icon on the bottom of the Ford Synch system and it comes up. It only doesn't show the Carplay screen automatically on some of the occasions it does not immediately boot. (I personally think this is a Ford Sync thing, rather than this device. I drive a 2019 F-150 XLT, for what it is worth.)

If you want to go wireless Carplay instead of plug-in, this is a great device to use. Highly recommend. Very convenient.

I previously had a 2.5 year old wireless adapter from a competitor. It worked well when connected, but my biggest complaint was the booting time. The Wireless/Bluetooth connection in the competitor took over 1 minute to boot up to the CarPlay screen, and was about 80% reliable with reboot being needed on failure. There was also a 1.5-2 second delay between displayed audio status (e.g. where on the song timeline), and actual audio.

This wireless CarPlay adapter addresses or improved on all these issues. Boot up time is 20 seconds with probably 1/3 of that being my car’s system. I think that’s very reasonable for an after-market solution and not that far off from when I’ve used a newer head unit that supports wireless CarPlay. There still is a slight delay between time shown and heard—probably .75 seconds lag. It’s only noticeable as a slight delay between button push and responsiveness—but does not otherwise impact performance.

The unit is also very small and easy to tuck away. It also comes with two cords that support your vehicle’s system—USB A or USB C—and they are not hardwired into the unit so can be changed out with a broken cable.

This is a big jump in performance from prior generations of wireless CarPlay adapters, and this particular unit performs well, has responsive boot time, easy initial set up, and well-considered cords. It’s also a huge value for functionality and allows your phone to stay in purse/backpack or be passed around in the car while still providing a CarPlay connection. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been using an Android Auto wireless adapter for months now and love the convenience of not having to plug my phone into the vehicle each time. I wanted one for my work phone (iPhone 15 pro) for when I need to use it instead. This my 3rd wireless CarPlay adapter and is the best one out of the three. The first one was cheap plastic that died after a week, the second one went to my wife since she keeps breaking cables in her vehicle and needed to go wireless to stop that. This one is staying in my 2021 Ford Ranger where it has been working flawlessly for a few weeks now. It was very easy to install, and initial setup took seconds. I’ve experienced no lag and everything seems fast, it connects faster to my phone than any of the other devices I’ve tried. The device itself even feels like a quality product, with a nice glossy black design, and is smaller than the other ones I have as you can see in one of my photos.
