I was hesitant to buy based on some reviews but my scalp is so dry, I don’t drink anywhere near the water I should and have eczema so my skin is prone to over drying, including my scalp.My scalp is so dry I lose a fair bit of hair when I brush so I figured I’d try this for scalp and breakage.It smells nice, isn’t overly thick or slimy feeling.I put a few drops on my finger tips and rubbed it in my hands a bit and put it on my scalp and a bit through the length of my hair.I have hair that gets greasy quickly despite the dry scalp🙄 I wouldn’t recommend following directions and using the tip to squirt it on your scalp or you will be a super grease ball but a little didn’t seem to make it look too gross and greasy….. it is toque season though so I wasn’t really concerned about it.Not sure it’ll help with the breakage and falling out but I do know if it can help retain some moisture, it will help at least a little.🤔I guess I could just take the easy route and DRINK MORE WATER but that seems like a lot of work….. ain’t nobody got time for that😂

For informational purposes, I am white and my daughter is biracial and my son is white. My daughter has very dry hair no matter how much product I put in it or how long I leave in conditioner, once it dries it gets all frizzy. I bought this on the recommendation I get a scalp oil for her because she was going to get braids for the first time and I used it once on her and her hair stayed how it looks wet when it was dry. It moisturized her hair beautifully plus smells great and even after a full day of playing at school and outside her hair had perfect curls and no frizz. She would never wear her hair down before because she doesn’t like how it looks when it puffs up and gets all frizzy, now she wears her hair down almost everyday and loves it. I also used this on my 6 month old white son because he has cradle cap and almost no hair. I’ve used just a drop once a week after a bath and after only 2 weeks his cradle cap is almost completely gone and now that it’s gone you can see more of his fuzzy little hair and he looks like he actually has hair now. I just used it for the first time tonight because I’ve been getting these red areas on my scalp that I’ve never had before so I will update if it helps that or if it even works in my hair texture or makes my hair too greasy. Would recommend this product to anyone with curly, dry hair.
