Don’t dislike the product, product is great but it arrived laying against a book whose corner pierced the pack. Amazons button says return or re place, I want replaced but button takes me to message that item can’t be returned. No other choices. At a loss on what to do, and for the item and cost.

Further to my review I posted on 13 Feb, 2024 (that I received a punctured bag of milk powder ) , I am writing this review to let everyone know there was nothing wrong with the product itself . I have used this product for a long time & it is a good product. Problem was with packing … too many items thrown together in one carton , which is a good idea in itself to cut down on extra packages, but I would recommend soft packaged food products should be put in a thick poly bag before placing in master carton with other products. This would save soft food bags from getting accidentally punctured.

Further, I am very happy to tell everyone that I spoke to Amazon Customer service about the broken bag & I received a replacement with in a day (on prime)… which is totally amazing service 👍😊 .

So bottomline is , the product is good … packaging/shipping can be easily improved by putting soft bags of food products in a sturdy poly bag before placing in master carton.
