Bought one for my grandma so cousins and I could all upload photos for her. Set it up at home and preloaded photos. It was great to watch photos come in from my cousins all week. I liked it so much I got one for my parents. Unfortunately, the one I received for my parents didn't work quite right. I contacted the company and they were excellent to work with. I sent them a video of what was happening and they sent a new frame right away.
Overall, the app is easy to use to upload photos and customer service was excellent. The photo quality isn't perfect but it looks great set up in the living room.
Would buy again.

This is a Christmas gift, I'm only able to set it up. I have not yet tried sending photos not being in the same place.However setting it up and adding photos is very simple. I'm impressed very much so far. The more I look into it it's like a little mini tablet, the pictures turn out clear. I like that it has the date and time on the screen as well. This is for elderly parents who are not very technical so I'll see how it goes for them. What I've seen so far I definitely would highly recommend and I definitely will see myself purchasing this again for someone else. The only problem I had is they delivered it not in a package and it was raining so it got wet but it was no problem to send it back and get a new one. That was more on the delivery not anything to do with the item itself.

Worked for a few months. We then turned it off for about a week. When we turned back on, it loads to this “Rockchip” screen and will not load anything else. Or move past that frozen image. Tried holding power button, all sorts of power button combos, googling it, everything the manual and internet says, but it won’t budge off this screen. Obviously a software issue with this thing. Was nice when working but clearly it’s overall junk after it fails.
