The printer works surprisingly well, certainly compared to my old HP 3600 series, and is relatively quite. All the many features (duplex printing, ADL, etc) work so far, without issue. The led screen is small, but relatively easy to navigate through the menu. My only complaint it that the printer did not come with "the included ink bottle set + two bonus black ink bottles" as described for this product, however, customer service did address this missing parts issue to my satisfaction. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this printer so far, and would recommend it for small office or personal casual use.

Low cost. Appears very flimsy compared with HP but it is a little smaller so uses a little less desk space.
Printer turns its power off making it a little inconvenient if you have time between print jobs (but this will save a little electricity).
Very surprised how quickly the XL ink cartridges were consumed.

There was a slit in carton that the printer was shipped in, but no visible damage to the printer. Setting up the printer was not a problem either. Printing was not a problem either. Anything involving the document feeder or the scanning function was intermittent. Two place weeks of thinking the problem was resolved only to have it bite you the next time.
