• SIMs come with zero value, you must activate to get the plan value at go.roamingfree.ca, please register at least 48 hours before the first day of your trip
• The SIM card is pre-loaded for 10 days usage. If you need to extend the usage you can 'top up' at go.roamingfree.ca
• Your SIM card will be activated on the day you set it up, and the service will end on the last day
• T-Mobile One plan includes:
° Mobile hotspot data, speed at 3G in U.S., up to 128kbps when roaming
°Unlimited Calling in and between the U.S., Mexico, and Canada
°Unlimited messages from USA, Canada and Mexico
°Unlimited high-speed data in the U.S., and up to 5GB of 4G LTE data in Canada and Mexico
•It is strongly recommended that you top up enough days when registeration, extending after activation may cost more and phone number change

I needed this product for my trip in Cancun and it didn't work at all, even though I checked coverage map and it was supposed to work. I have been emailing with a customer service rep who was very quick & responsive, but the problem didn't resolve after doing everything I was told to do. I ended up having to pay for roaming with my carrier. Extremely disappointed.

Quick and simple to go on their website and register the SIM for the dates of my trip. At the airport before getting on the plane I switched out my SIM card. When I landed, my phone was fully functional. Calling, texting, data, all working.

Activation was very user friendly.
Activation is done without the SIM card and the Roaming time only start when you insert the SIM card.
We went to Mexico, and it worked well for the 7 days that we were there.
The Data Speed was not great but, but that was not the main reason for getting the SIM.
This is my second purchase, and I would use it again.
Note. You do not receive SMS messages that is sent to your “home” SIM card because you receive a new phone number.
I dont know if there is. A way to forward your SMS messages to the new number.
WhatsApp worked well for messaging.

Speeds where not lightning and even trying at times but otherwise worked great when off the resort. I would recommend if you are planning to be away from Wifi to get one. Google maps, commutes were better, no super slow airport wifi's, didn’t have to connect to unknown wifi’s and I was always reach able if needed. Easy to setup and installed on plane, when we landed I connected right away. Worth the cost…

Was looking for coverage in the US. This showed as being a Canadian company so we thought to give them a chance. Everything worked flawlessly. The communications came when promised and the processes to load up worked without a hitch. I have a Pixel and my wife an Apple. We did not switch off our local Canadian provider which caused one day of roaming charges but that was on us (maybe emphasise this more in the instructions?). Voice, data and everything else worked perfectly well for the whole time with no hidden fees (I have had experience with other services where even when you were provided a number you had to buy minutes to use it!). I cannot say enough how everything worked perfectly with the instructions provided and we didn't have one hiccough the whole time. I will use them again and have passed on the info to our wider family.
