Judging this as canned chili and not what I can make homemade.This is very good, one the best of canned chili out there.Slightly nippy/spicy but mildly so.Very hearty.Great for a quick lunch or adding it on to nachos or dogs, or one of my favourite tater tots or baked potato.Not greasy at all.

This is the first time I have eaten canned chili from Campbells. The chili was thick compared to another brand I was using. I could at least see the meat and vegetables in this chili. The flavor was mild but one could just add extra chili powder for a stronger taste. I tried a bowl of this chili on its own so I could really taste it to give an accurate review. Two cans is enough for a hearty meal for two people served with toast or a bun but the the chili would be great served over noodles or rice. Extra beans could be added to stretch for an extra meal. Overall, the price was right so I will probably order another case to have on hand because of the price of groceries. It is practically cheaper than making my own chili from scratch due to the cost of the separate ingredients. The package arrived quickly and there was no damage.

This chunky chili is good tasting on its own and good value. I use it as a base to embellish my own homemade chili for freezing. I open 2 cans and add 1 can of canned chopped tomatoes, 1 can of kidney beans or can of mixed beans, 3 chopped celery sticks, 1 chili powder packet and some ground beef and let it simmer for about 1/2 hour. Tastes like homemade chili and makes a large quantity for freezing. 5 stars.

I have this at least once a week in the winter time because it's comforting, like getting a hug from the inside. I love that it uses clean ingredients that I can actually read, and tastes amazing. Likewise, I also like eating it over rice for that 'burrito bowl' vibe. It's super hearty for the cold months, and doesn't make me feel like some other canned food (lethargic and bad.)

It's VERY expensive for the size of the can that you get, though. If you work it out, it's $3 per can (and the cans are small) which is pretty steep. I can go to the grocery store and buy the same size can of soup or chili for $1 each, so the price point doesn't make sense to me at all.

It has also recently started arriving with the plastic around the tray damaged and torn up and several of the cans dented. I have been having the same issue with other food items through Amazon as well. I have cancelled all of my subscriptions to food because they keep arriving damaged and unusable. Maybe if you treated your workers better they wouldn't throw our stuff around the warehouse.
