I have seven of these cameras and they have all worked flawlessly for over a year. They are very easy to install but do require an AC outlet nearby in order to work. The AC adaptor that comes with it is for indoor use only and will not work in the elements. If you are going to use it outside, you need to buy the wise outside power adapter which works very well in the weather.
You can get about eight of these cameras for the same price that you would pay for one Arlo battery powered camera and I have had them both. These cameras function exactly the same and maybe a little better than the Arlo.
The wise cameras do not require a base station as they just go directly into your Wi-Fi which is a huge convenience.

The length of the cord is substantial if you place the camera in a high spot. The fact that the camera doesn’t come with a weatherproof cord is an issue though. But this is the answer and does the job although it is an extra cost.
