The controls are very straightforward and simple to use. The recipe book is a wonderful start and we are having fun! I dehydrated limes, lemons and mandarins to bone dry, then used a grinder to reduce them to a lovely citrus powder which I use to make a dip for yam fries - delicious! I really recommend that you get a set of the cuttable silicone mats to put inside on the racks - makes clean up easy and the air goes through them so much more efficient than parchment paper.

This is perfect! Nice shape, nice size, love the rack liners for more wet food (extra), it's super quiet.
Keep in mind if you're using all 4 racks you will need to rotate them every once in a while to keep even drying(top one to the bottom and all others go up a spot)
I did mushrooms for my forst run and it worked perfectly! Dired in about 5 hours

Excellent machine and it has great features. Purchased specifically for jerky only. It was my oversight the small tray size. Kept it anyways but just have to do 2 batches instead of my normal 1 batch with my previous machine.

I needed a dehydrator to make beef jerky and I went back and forth between different products comparing their price, their size and more importantly the noise it will make. I have an open kitchen and i would ate to hear the dehydrator running for hours while i am reading or watching tv.
I finaly decided to buy the Cosori dehydrator based on the reviews and I am more than happy with my decision!! It worked like a charm! The beef jerky came out perfectly and amongst the usual daily noise of my home, I can barely tell that the dehydrator was running. In term of noise I would say that is comparable to a running desk fan.

I actually use this for drying filament for my 3d printers!

Had to cut out the middle grates on the trays, which was super easy and then I was able to pop my 1kg roll of filament in no problem. The adjustable temperatures and timer that shuts off the dehydrator automatically are super easy to use and very handy. (And important when using different kinds of filament)

Definitely recommend this one to fellow printers!

Esta deshidratadora produce gases tóxicos y podría incendiar tu casa. Todo se debe a un error de diseño y una elección de materiales baratos, las charolas gotean a la respiración principal, que posteriormente lleva el agua al motor y la tarjeta madre del dispositivo. Mi unidad se detuvo a los minutos de empezar a trabajar con un fuerte olor a plástico quemado, al abrirla me di cuenta de que la placa estaba llena de líquido amarillo, que justo coincidía en que había deshidratado mango un día antes. Mi recomendación es que no la compres ni el nuevo modelo ya que comparten el mismo diseño de charola de goteo deficiente. No te pongas en peligro ni a tu familia.
