Great spread of sockets and extenders, oddly greased?
I am not a pro, but often do DIY work around the house (e.g. winter wheel changeovers, repair of appliances when they break, change lawnmower blades). I rarely have a need for flat wrenches, but quite frequently use my impact wrench. I have to assemble a Fitness Trainer (weight tower) and I have a deep impact socket for the job, but I need a wrench for the nut on the other end. I debated getting a wrench set vs this (my deep impact sockets are too long to fit where I need), and figured I'd get more use out of these.They are half the length of my (Maximum branded) deep impact at 1.5" long (22mm and above start to get slightly longer in this set). They are half the length of my (Maximum branded) deep impact at 1.5" long (22mm and above start to get slightly longer in this set). See pic for size.
Haven't used with my impact wrench (640lb-ft breakaway torque), but for light duty work I'm sure they're plenty strong enough.
Only odd thing is that the entire set is covered in some sort of grease. Maybe it's good for storage or something, but kinda inconvenient for me to now have to clean out. Not every project involving sockets is greasy...

Don’t know how well they will hold up to a high torque impact tool; but they have a nice finish and the case is nice as well.
I tried all the sockets on my half inch drive ratchet and all fit perfectly. They have a lite film of oil that was easily removed with a cloth. I’m planning on using these on 3/8 drive with an adapter also.
