If you’re having trouble with connecting to fire tablet on kids profile: You have to hold down the Bluetooth button on the pull down tab. Then it will come up with the options of devices to connect and you can connect on there! :)

I couldn’t believe how complicated a simple set of Bluetooth headphones can be! And the instructions on the company website are incorrect. For instance, in the written section on the website, to turn it off it says to hold the power button for 3 seconds, but on the YouTube instructional video it says 5 seconds. Turns out neither of these correct. It’s actually 8-9 seconds (I timed it), or until the 3 lights all go red. Decent looking product but poor execution. Update your website and videos!

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my 3 yr old grand daughter for our trip at the beginning of February. They worked fine on the plane Feb. 3 . We recharged them and they were alright. They stopped working after the first week of our holiday. They would not charge again. Luckily they were able to use the airplane ones for the way back home. They did not return home until February 22. When I contacted Amazon I could not fill out the return form because it was past 30 days. Pretty sure I had seen they were under warranty for a year so I did not buy the extra insurance with them.

We bought these for our two year old twins along with the fire tablets and honestly it's the best thing we have bought. We use the tablets in stressful situations (planes, restaurants, weddings) and they are not allowed them at home so when they come out it's super exciting.

Being only two they only watch Netflix on them at the moment and we could not do without the headphones as this stops them disturbing others. It takes a little getting used to but we practiced before our plane journey so they were used to them. One twin had no issue at all. The other it did bend one of his ears in slightly so we kept adjusting until we found the right length.

Good thing to remember is that kids hearing is so much better than ours! We found them turned down to a very low volume worked the best - they can still hear it fine.

Overall - best buy to manage these twins!!
