Very pleased with this product. The installation was very easy. It comes with a disc for instalation but I just downloaded the latest drivers off the company website. Install took 5min. I had 1 issue with speed, so I contacted customer service. They responded within a few hrs. So amazing customer service.The issue was simply I needed to restart the modem. Which isn't listed in the manual. It just says restart your PC. Now I'm getting blazing speeds. Absolutely would recommend this as an upgrade.

Needed to replace an onboard Intel card that was intermittent. The 2.5 Intel cards available here say nothing about what chip revision they use (anything lower than v3 has issues). Realtek doesn't have this problem, so not only is it cheaper, but I know it'll work. Only tested the 1 GB, which worked fine but had a higher ping. To be expected with the chipset - at least it stays online.
