The shampoo has a light lather, I sometimes use another shampoo first for a deeper clean on my scalp.
If you have any kind of hand weakness or motor disability say goodbye to this product. In order to get product out it actually hurts my hands how hard I have to squeeze to get even a small amount out of the bottle (I've got a lot of hair to condition so need a good amount to spread through) and I am a fully bodily abled person. So every time I want a good quarter size of product I need to fully unscrew the caps. Worst is even if you attached your own pump you then couldn't set the product to stand straight as the end is rounded. Also the cap for the product that actually has a pump doesn't fit back on unless you lock the pump which??? No other product I have has this issue with a cap not fitting after you unlock the product pump. Also to open the shampoo and conditioner for the first time you need to squeeze really really really hard to break the seal again NOT an inclusive design.
Is the curved bottle unique looking and stands out in a storefront? Probably, but if your product is awkward to use or definitely difficult or not usable at all for anyone with motor
or hand strength disabilities it's a no from me. I'm going to buy my own bottles to empty it into because the products themselves are great, but it really feels like the bottle design was not well thought out for inclusivity or just ease of use at all? Makes me wonder what customers the brand supports and who they do and don't care about which is maybe an extreme way to look at a situation, but it's an obvious design flaw that I hope the designers look into resolving or offering an alternative. Anyone worth their salt in product design knows that ease of use is step one?
This would absolutely be a five star review if not for the awkward and non-inclusive bottle designs.
