It does work but not for the whole house. Pics show signal in the room with booster and out of the room.. I guess this old houses thick walls and don't help with the signal get around house. I have 3 bars outside its was only in the house the signal drop. So I find it's good for me. cell rings I go in the room where booster is to answer it or I go outside

I live in the outskirts but close enough to a small city to get 1 bar of signal while outside and only when the weather is good. Needless to say, I dont like having to stand outside every time I need to make or receive a call... The installation of this product was a bit technical but the instructions are clear so it was no big deal. It worked flawlessly after the setup and had kept working for over 2 months now. It has never dropped the signal during this period; very stable and reliable. In case of power outage, I have a battery to run this puppy so I can maintain communication during power and internet outages. Just be aware of the limitations of the system before buying as it might now work as well in every possible scenario. The strategy for placing the antenna in relation to the signal booster is crucial because they can interfere. In my case it's not a problem because my buildings have metal roofs and walls. This blocks the signals coming from outside (and coming from inside); causing my problem in the first place but also having the bonus of limiting interference between the receiver and the amplifier! Overall, do your research on the product and evaluate your situation, if everything is right, yoy can easily go from a 1 bar signal to 5 bars with this product.

Did not boost signal. I installedand my signal did not get boosted. I had a different cell booster that previously worked excellent. Unfortunately after a couple of years it stopped working. I turned it on when it was below zero degrees and I think it broke the unit. I bought this one because of the price but it did not work. I ended up returning the unit.

These things can mess with local airwaves, the bandwidths some authorities may be using. If you install it wrong and create feedback, you could have them track you down to shut it off, or give you a fine. But if you do this the device won't work anyway. Didn't happen to me, but just wanna point out these ain't your typical plug and play devices. You need roof access, and 40ft to put the two antennas (1 inside 1 outside) 40ft appart. Then you need to point the outside towards the closest tower.
