More so a digestive product
I really like this product! It taste great and it mixes well with water! But honestly, if you’re looking to buy this for the sole purpose of rehydration, I would personally look elsewhere. The only ingredient used to replenish lost nutrients after a work out is pink salt. Which of course can definitely serve its purpose. But there are other products out there can do the same (if not better) with more electrolyte ingredients. Even if you go on Blume’s website, you’ll see that they don’t really mention a lot about hydration. They really focus on gut health, which is great. But some people might require more nutrients to help replenish what they lost. With that being said, I mainly use this for digestion. I do use regular probiotic capsules, but I like the fact that SuperBelly has ACV and Inulin. I’m trying to lose the last few pounds that I put on during pregnancy and I find that the inulin in this product helps me feel a more full for longer. It’s only one gram. But it does make a difference to my hunger. Biggest downsides for me would be the price and the packaging. At full price these are over $2 per serving. The packets are handy for sure. But I kind wish this was sold in a tub with a scoop as well, since I feel like it’s a product I would want to have more of on hand. But Blume has a subscription that you can get through their website, which is nice. I will continue to repurchase as I really do enjoy the product and my stomach has been feeling more happy. I just wish there was some slight improvements. But overall I would recommend if you’re looking for a tasty drink that will benefit your gut health!__________________July 2024 updateI still use Superbelly! In fact, I have tried all three flavours. The strawberry and lemon are my favourites. But with the açai pomegranate- it might just be me… But I swear I can taste the apple cider vinegar powder. In the other flavours I don’t notice the ACV taste, but with the Açai I do get a hint of it. It’s not overwhelming, especially if you’ve have AVC shots before. But I just prefer the other two flavours. Even though I love pomegranates.I saw that some people are saying that this product is artificially flavoured. But that’s not true. The flavours come from fruit juice powers, and there’s no artificial colours either. Blume is pretty open when it comes to ingredients. In fact, I give this “juice” to my three year old since I feel good about the ingredients. My picky husband also enjoys this product as well.Overall, I will still continue to buy in the future. I have a subscription set up through Amazon to help out with the cost a little bit, which is nice!My little family and I love this tasty drink mix!

The taste is amazing! I mix mine in a water bottle or shaker and then pour over ice, and I’ve found that it mixes really well with no clumps. I’ve only been using for a couple of days so I haven’t seen a real difference in any bloating etc yet. But it’s definitely easy to drink everyday!
