Q: Why can't your watch receive message and call reminders?

A:1.Please ensure the permissions of App, messages, calls, etc. are allowed when you download the VeryFit app for the first time.

2.Allow the VeryFit app to send notifications: Open your phone settings--> Find “VeryFit” app--> Notifications--> Click “Allow Notifications”--> Tick Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners, and tick “Always(Default)” in Show Previews. *Note: Check whether the App's messages appear in pop-up box of your mobile phone. If no, the watch will fail to receive messages. Make sure they are able to show up: Phone Settings-->Notifications> Find the app you need to get notification from-->Allow Notifications.

3.In the App: authorize the watch to receive messages. Do not enable the DND mode.

Q: Why does my contact show Unknown on my smartwatch when they call?

A: You need to add common contacts in the "Veryfit" app, and the import method is:

Device → Calls → Frequent contacts → Add→ Select the contact you want to add → Done

After setting up, incoming calls will display the contact name

How to test heart rate correctly?

1. The light-emitting position of the watch should be close to the skin (muscle) to ensure that there will not be a large position shift during exercise (slightly tighten the strap to achieve a comfortable tightness), if it is too loose during wearing Excessive tightness will affect the test results (to avoid light leakage, the position of the skin epidermis moves when light is reflected, etc.)

2. The light-emitting position of the watch should not be close to the protruding bones (radius and ulna) on the side of the wrist, otherwise the watch cannot correctly receive the red light reflected by blood vessels, which will affect the test results;

3. For a more accurate heart rate value, you can wear the watch on the arm position on the wrist

How does the smart watch connect to the phone?

1. when activating the watch for the first time, you need to connect the charging cable for charging to activate the watch;

2. Download VeryFit App, scan the QR code on the watch screen through the app or search IDW19 watch in the device of the app and click on pairing to connect to the watch

3. If you need to enable the Bluetooth calling function of the watch, find IDW19 BT in the Bluetooth of your phone and pair it.

Pros: Battery life, Water resistance, call pick up, comfortable for running, answer calls, keeps track of bpm and sleep, while running it kept track of when I was running and when I wasn't, app is easy to use, it receives messages from facebook and other apps

Cons: Doesn't get messages with imessage (iphone), you have to have access with your phone near by for exercise app to work (can't leave phone at home while you running),

Pros:

-Cheap enough to get one for the whole family
- Built in competitions with other users (not with just family and friends)
-Built in program to improve sleep, running.
-Weight management, can set up a plan to lose weight, will tell you have many calories to eat, can track food in app
-Can check blood oxygen any point throughout day
-Nothing is locked behind paywall in app, except a few clock face
-They have plenty of free options which are awesome for clock face
-Can make phone calls, recieve with watch
-Get texts, weather etc to watch
-Charge in 2 hours but lasts days when I have every option connected to watch
-Large screen, good band which doesn't rot my wrist
-Looks great, comfortable even for sleep
-Very accurate, same tracking as I got with Fitbit
-Gives weekly report, hints and in app help
-Lots of medals to keep you engaged
-Stays connected and synces better than Fitbit by far
-The app is happy, organized cheerful, unlike the bleak and dreary Fitbit app

Cons:

-Could use more preloaded food options. They have a lot, but for my diet there has been lots I have needed to add. You just need to add one time and it will stay.
-Would improve to be able to swipe away text messages. Can take a long time to go down list to where delete button is. Which deletes all text messages. No single delete option.
-Tracking during exercise, you MUST add the exercise first and then it begins to track heart rate second for second. If you exercise and do not add exercise to watch first, it is not as accurately picking up heart rate.
-Heart rate throughout day is in a seperate area from heart rate during an exercise. If you look at daily heart rate you will not see how your heart rate was during the exercise. That is accessed through your exercise.
-Does not track steps when ellipticalling.
-If you put a custom clock face you can only have date and time and no stats.

Overall, love this watch. Got to replace Fitbit which was $350, had connectivity issues, many, many things locked beyond monthly paywall, even things it advertised itself as having locked up. No help, can look on their site and random people answering questions typicalling. Depressing looking, plain app. This new watch has made improvements to my overall health, weight and productivity. Love love.

I recently got the "Smart Watch for Men Women with Bluetooth Call, Alexa Built-in1.8 DIY Dial with Blood Oxygen Heart Rate Sleep Fitness Watch Notification Weather 100 Sport Modes Activity Trackers for Android iOS Phone", and even though it has a silly long name, it's honestly a really good smart watch.

To begin with, I am impressed by the extensive features this smartwatch provides;
- The built-in heart rate monitor, and step counter have both worked great so far
- it can set alarms
- it also has the weather and the date & day on the watch
- An activity tracker
- it connects to your phone and accepts phone calls if you want along with notifications
- it can connect to amazon's alexa if you log in
- workout tracker/logs
- it tracks your blood oxygen levels, I assume based on heart rate and activity
- it has a stress tracker which does something similar
- offers an optional reminder to take a breather when your heart rate is too high
- it can also track menstrual cycles (you input how long yours is and when the last time was, along with how long your cycle is, and it just informs you when it's upcoming by 1-3 days)
- it has music control for your phone and by extension your computer if you have spotify
- it can track your sleep
- it can offer a healthy breathing exercise to help calm you down
- it can have a hand washing reminder and a water drinking reminder
- it can wake when you raise your arm
- and of course, it can tell the time.

There's a long list of features, and one of the great things about this watch is that you can turn off and on all of the features that you want, the watch is highly customizable, it even has a customizable front display, so you can set a wallpaper or what info you want shown on it when you have it on. There are themes you can get from the app, and there's also a theme where you can set the wallpaper as anything and change the position/colour of the clock. (as see in my last image, the one with the fat lizard)

The watch is really stylish in my opinion, it just has a nice matte look to the band and the display isn't too intrusive, it just looks nice in general. The display is very vibrant and it's really high resolution, higher than I actually expected, it's a very clear display even in direct sunlight. The battery life so far has been great, it can easily last throughout the day.

The pros far outweigh the cons for this smart watch.
For the price, it is probably the best smart watch on the market.
Making and receiving calls, handsfree, with commendable sound quality.
Alexa-equipped, it is useful for quick reference points.
A wide choice of available watch faces/dials.
Remote music operation is also a handy feature.
The battery life is shorter than a lot of smart watches I've owned but it is nothing of great concern.
The health data is always a moot point with ALL smart watches monitoring a variety of physiological checks. The steps counting and distances are reasonably accurate, in my estimation.
Sleep tracking is probably one of the most ludicrous features of ANY smart phone. Don't take it seriously.
I have NO hesitation in recommending this smart watch to anyone.

The appearance of the watch is fine. Only watches with smaller dimensions can be regarded more elegant or stylish.
The app, VeryFit (akin to VeryFit Pro), is probably one of the best fitness-orientated apps out there.
In summary, I would thoroughly recommend this smart watch.
