Was extremely skeptical. Not going to lie, the camera sucks. But I'm still going to give it a 5/5 simply becausr everything else on this phone runs smoothly. Going to buy one for my grandma and even my fiance said this was a great purchase. It's fast, graphics are great, it's very light to hold onto for its size. Comes with case and screen protector. My apps work smoothly. Battery lasts a really long time. So far, can't beat this price. Feels like it should be alot more expensive.

Ordered this phone and it worked amazingly for an evening ... very fast .. great camera ... solid build ... and the price was unbelievable .... I installed some apps and the next day it started to freeze and then stopped turning on. I startup, I got a screen that said "Device corrupt" .. I tried resetting the phone but no luck. Kept giving me the same message.... I think it is an incompatibility with North American software ... probably rocks in China ...

The phone is very responsive, and the fingerprint open is - if anything - a little too sensitive. I'm forever opening the phone accidentally because the button is where my thumb naturally hits. I'm still fine tuning the setup, but there's very little bloatware and it's generally user friendly. Really, this is a lot of phone for its price point, and I've yet to encounter any lagging or freeze ups.

As for its build, be aware that you'll need to source out a better case than it comes with, because it's essentially useless for protection. I dropped the phone not even a foot from the floor and the edge of the glass cracked, causing a spiderweb across the screen. It had a screen protector and it was in the case that came with it. I've never had a screen crack before, and I've always bought android phones. The included case sits below the screen, so the edge is exposed. I guess it's only meant to prevent scratches. Such a shame, given that this seems to be a good phone, in terms of hardware. Despite the cracks, it's still working, and I'm finding the battery life to be more than sufficient for my needs. I haven't noticed it getting super hot, either, when I've been using it steadily, which has happened with some of my previous phones.

I'd buy a Blackview again, but I'll definitely be shopping for a more robust case at the same time.

Bought this for my wife as I bought her the Blackview 9300 Pro and it worked great, she found it too heavy for her. I now have a boat anchor. This phone is much lighter and more practical for her needs. It it fast and has a better antenna system as the calls are cleared than with the Samsung we had. The battery life is great and it charges quickly. She is very happy with it.

UPDATED REVIEW:

4 Months:
-Battery life has diminished quite drastically. A full charge lasts about 4-6 hours with moderate usage. Needs charging 2-3 times daily.
- I was offered a $20 refund by the seller for a failing 4 month old phone battery 😐

1st month:
- Doesn't support Split-Screen of any kind! No native app or 3rd party app will make it work.
- Battery saver comes on even if it's turned off. I have it turned off in every way. It still comes on at 25%. Shuts off Bluetooth. Dims the screen. All with it TURNED OFF!
- Screen doesn't dim very well. The phone basically goes from SUPER bright to kinda not bright. The last 3mm of the dimmer bar are the only "dim" section. The phone does have a secondary "Extra Dim" option, but it doesn't do to well either. I've had to install a 3rd party app to dim the screen further at night to watch a movie in bed.
- Fingerprint Sensor on the power button is a pain in the rear lol. Constantly shutting the screen off and on accidentally. I disabled it.
- There is a bunch of useless bloatware apps you can't uninstall or even disable. They're there whether you want em or not.
- No built-in audio Equalizer. The sound you hear is what you get. You'll need a 3rd party app for better headphone audio.
- The case it comes with is garbage. But that's not the main reason I bought the phone

It even came with a little card with all their contact info and everything: very impressive indeed. I use it mostly for entertainment purposes, watching movies, listening to music, keeping up-to-date with social media and it has exceeded my expectations and then some! The only thing I dislike is the placement of the "selfie" camera: when watching widescreen movies, it's kind of distracting and annoying. Other than that, it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
