Incomplete product design. Won’t work! Don’t buy!
First of all, we delayed setting it up. Past the refund window. (A little intimidating to set up. But, would eventually get to it. Did not expect defects!))But, warning… there are not enough drilled holes (2) in the leather seat to accommodate all the 4 screws, and to match the very -poor- instructions for set up. It is shockingly obvious in the first few minutes you start to assemble.Closely look at the two pictures: instructions, the vinyl seat. Note: the right side is missing two holes. Poor quality control from overseas.The worst Amazon experience in over a decade. I cannot imagine a vendor selling a product that is not complete, such that we cannot actually set it up as described. That is, chair cannot be assembled!In the marketplace, we expect that a vendor will sell a product that is as described, and fully functional. Feel deceived.Apparently, it is a local supplier of many types of chairs, including office chairs. They have a website. Will never buy any item from this vendor!
