Matelas pour parc Pak and Play. Il n'est pas très ferme et la housse est arrivée brisée. J'ai contacté le service a la clientèle et mon retourné un matelas complet !!!!!! Le matelas n'est pas plus ferme mais la housse est intacte. Super bon service a la clientèle. Au départ j'avais mis 1 étoile mais vu l'excellent service après-vente je change a 4 mais je reste déçu de la fermeté.

REVISED REVIEW: customer service contaced me and offered to send a replacemnt foam insert, I recieved it in the mail today, upon opening it they sent an entire new pack and play mattress in perfect, safe to use condition, I wasnt expecting that, thank you very much! A+++ customer service.
I had high hopes for this pack and play mattress after reading the reviews, after opening the package, the two side foam inserts are as advertised, roughly an inch thick, the middle one is much thinner, making the surface very uneven and is not safe for a newborn to sleep on. How upsetting. I will revise my review if I hear back from this seller/company as other then the middle insert, it's great quality, just not safe/ usable in this condition.
