After using a thermometer which was hard to use , this one is really handy. It has 3 functions as ROOM, SURFACE and BODY.Body temperature check is recommended on forehead. The device is infrared, therefore it doesn’t need to touch the body to measure. (This feature is a lifesaver for measuring a sleeping baby-toddler)Surface is another good feature to measure drink (mostly milk or soup).Room is also important if the temp conditions are not stable in the house.Big screen and fonts are easy to use, green colour is enough to illuminate.I cannot give any 4 star for this comparing a very good price.
