Most used fitness equipment in my basement
I purchased this pull up station a year and half ago mainly for the purpose to practice pull up. At the time, I found myself not to be able to do a complete pull up. I tried pull up at the the kids playground, in the hotel gym and at work place. I finally decide to buy a pull up station myself. The one I have right now.I am not the person who go to the gym regularly. I do have some gym equipment in my basement including a treadmill, a elliptical trainer, a Bowflex Blaze fitness station and a set of Bowflex adjustable dumbbell.After I purchased this pull up station, I found that this pull up station is my most used the fitness equipment in my basement.Now I am from the time I can barely do one complete pull up to now I can do 5 complete pull ups.The other use of this station are: dip, leg raise and leg swing from left and right with leg raised. MY family doctor noted the change of my back muscle from pull up training.

Easy to assemble, sturdy and great for the price! Some people in the comments complain it’s not stable or wonky, but I feel like maybe the did not tighten the bolts all the way down. Make sure you place it on a level floor as well. I didn’t trust it at first but this is honestly pretty good.

Much like i read from other reviews before I ordered, this is NOT a high end piece of professional gym equipment that's going to be rock solid no matter what you do with it. However, I think it's more than adequate for the average Joe who wants to do some pull ups and dips in his garage or basement. Even a seasoned athlete will find it adequate, but may crave something a little more "high end".
Mine came in perfect shape, everything included, and the assembly a breeze. Sure if I swing on it it will move, if it's on carpet it will move a lot, the dip handles have some wiggle, and the arm rests a little low if you're 6 feet and up (I'm 6'1") for the hanging leg raises.
I looked at nearly every similar piece of equipment on Amazon and was prepared to pay substantially more, but glad I didn't. The clincher for me was that this one adjusts lower than the others, and mine is in the basement which has low ceilings.

FOLLOW UP:OK now that I've used it a few times I found a serious flaw! The screws that join the vertical beams to the floor beams are too long and are pressed against the floor. Thus when using, the whole thing rocks front to back. Either I have to cut those screws slightly shorter, or place something underneath the rubber feet. The other option is to simply reverse the screws so they point up, but then it's potentially a hazard. Certainly shouldn't have to do this.
2nd follow up...after reviewing the instructions it seems the bottom bolts are suppose come from underneath!? OK, my bad...that way they wouldn't be protruding into the floor. But that seems odd, no, it just looks wrong. Bolts are suppose to go in from the top/outside and go down/inside and not leave the ends protruding outward where you can snag on them. Oh well, not a big deal. Still think it's good for the price, works great!

It was well built, but its no where near the advertised 300lb, I noticed some bulging out on the main structure beams after a couple of uses (approx 190 lb) the hanging bars are quite thin so it didnt suit my hands either.
Its more suited for teens and light weights, I returned it before the main structure got more damage.
