Great light strip at a great price!!! Bought this to replace one from some other brand that only lasted a day and a half after falling off the back of the tv and creating a short in the strip where you bend it to go around the corners.
This one is so much better! It was much easier to apply and it was able to bend around 90 degree corners without difficulty. The adhesive is super sticky and feels closer to foam tape which will help for surfaces that might have a bit of texture to them.
The other strip that broke also used a series of RGB diodes to create the various colours, whereas this one is much better having each LED diode the exact colour selected! These ones are much brighter too and have more colour options vs my older one.
I think what I appreciate the most with this one is that the remote signal can actually pass through the tv and reach the little control box!!! Believe it or not, the other one could not do that! I actually had to get up and reach around the wall mounted tv in order to change the selection.
Get this one! You’ll be happy you did!
