This product originally came faulty, when powered on the screen would remain black. When I reached out to boifun for support and help trouble shooting I received amazing customer service. It took roughly a day and a half of emailing back and forth to attempt to trouble shoot and once we realized I received a one off faulty product they shipped me a new unit.The customer service representatives at boifun have been great and made this a great experience despite my original disappointment with the original unit I received.I’m looking forward to receiving my new unit and to see the quality displayed in other reviews. Once I receive the unit I’ll share some photos and videos of how well the unit works and also comment on the ease of set up and use of the monitor and camera.UPDATEI have received the camera and monitor and it works great. The video quality is great and it was relatively easy to set up and pair. It was also easy to pair to the app and it’s a great feature for family that lives far.

I was a little hesitant at first about buying this baby monitor because usually good quality baby monitors are quite expensive and this one has a very good price but I’m happy I decided to buy it.
The quality is very good, you can see clearly the baby, I love the cameras range of view and the option to move the camera remotely.
It comes with both a little screen and the option to download and app to watch your baby anywhere. Very handy when leaving the baby with a babysitter.
We loved the product overall.

Love this monitor! My husband and I are currently expecting our first child so we haven't actually used this monitor on a baby yet, however we've been using it to watch our dog at night and through the day while we are out of the house to make sure she stays off the furniture lol. We love the fact that we can check the monitor from basically anywhere on the app and speak through it as well. The picture quality is great and you can zoom in which is awesome as well. The motion tracking is another really fun and useful feature. We love this monitor and after my sister in law saw it (she is also currently pregnant) she says she wants to get the same one as well!

Good camera. I'm still learning what the symbols mean on the alerts I wish the pamphlet told you. I also can't seem to set up the mobile app, it tells me to scan the QR code with the camera and it's just not working for me.

Camera quality is great. But waaaay to glitchy! Screen randomly cuts out all the time to the main orange screen. The 2 way talk turns on randomly alll the time!!! Which is so annoying because it wakes my baby up every time. It’s super laggy too. When u move the camera the picture becomes blurred and takes a solid 30 seconds for it to clear up. I am returning mainly because of the 2 way talk glitch my baby is constantly waking up from it randomly going off and on. I used to have a cheap hellobaby and would prefer that to this even with poorer camera quality!
