Can training pants replace diapers?

No, these are not diapers. There is a little more padding for absorbency but they can't hold a lot urine like a diaper. Training underwear is softer than diaper. A great in-between when transitioning from pullups.

Are these training pants be machine washable?

Yes, machine washable, but hand wash is of highly recommended which prolong the life of underwear.

Are they leak proof?

There is a good amount of absorption. But not leak proof. It does a good job for small accidents. Bigger accidents, it will eventually soak through.

Is this reccomended for nighttime potty training? Would this leak?

No, this will not work for night time potty training, it's not pull-ups and don't soak up all night's urine, it does leak, but relatively less than a regular underwear as our training pants have a thick padding.

Needed to use a special liner with these?

For a big accident you would need backup but for little accidents it absorbs pretty well.

Nous allons commencé la propreté avec notre fille & je crois que cela fait parti des essentiels à avoir, les pulls ups c’est bien mais ça coûte cher.L’intérieur n’est pas aussi épais que je croyais mais c’est bien ainsi, il y a même une feuille et des collants pour faire le suivi des réussites.Il ne reste plus qu’à les tester, je ferais un update!

I’d say the quality of the panties is good, just like in the description, good for potty training. I ordered size 3T for my 2 year old based on the reviews, also she doesn’t like tight diapers or underwear, so it works for us. And I know I’m not supposed to tremble dry them but I do so anyway to dry them faster. They seem to have shrunk a little bit still function well.
P.S. It was packed in a regular clear plastic beg, a bit unusual choice of shipping.

My son (3) and daughter (6) both have these. The 6 yr old has had medical bladder issues and is very embarrassed about accidents in regular underwear - the thickness of these absorb enough that she is able to keep her pants mostly dry with the occasional uncontrollable accident. With girl legging they are obviously a little more bulky but not overly noticeable that she feels confident in them still.

Check the sizing chart and order based off that - fits both boys & girls fine.

They wash well (we DO put them in the dryer & haven’t had any issue over 6 months with them). Still vibrant colours & soft despite constantly soaking in cleaners.

These are super cute.
Soft.
However, these you have to stretch out because they fit tighter than size should be.
My little one peed through and it was not even a quarter of a cup of pee.
These have a thin pad layer inside but I guess it matters where the pee is sitting for the leakage?!

She also didn't mind being in the wetness.
However I like them because she is refusing diapers now that she has felt this and its softer and more comfortable for sure than a diaper( thats already progress) also they feel like a soft cloth and I am hoping eventually she will stop peeing in them with potty training.
