Before making your purchase, find out what type of speakers you will be replacing. You can simply measure the existing speakers and go from there. If you do not have any to begin with, a local Audio/Video shop can guide you with a few simple questions about your vehicle.

Most of the time you will be able to drop them right in with little to no alterations needed. Pay close attention to the RMS power handling of the speakers you are purchasing. This is the continuous power that a speaker can handle without distorting.

Your head unit will have to have the proper number of speaker outputs compared to how many speakers you plan to hook up to it, as well as sufficient power from the built-in amplifier. Sometimes though, a separate or external amplifier will have to be employed so that your speakers get the adequate power they need for optimal performance.

High Temperature Voice Coil

Rubber Surround

Impermeable to air, rubber has the ability to endure or resist exposure to the many types of weather fronts. Rubber has many different applications. We use it for the surrounds in a many of our speakers to connect the cone to the basket.

Stamped Basket

Stamped baskets have better Resonant Frequencies. This means that the frame is able to absorb and transfer much of the energy produced by the speaker. It is more durable and harder to damage or break, good corrosion resistance, high thermal/electrical conductivity and retains strength at high temperatures

I bought theses speakers to upgrade the sound system in my camper. They are way better then the factory speakers and they also look good as well. The provided speaker wire is on the thin side and I would of liked it to be a little larger wire for the speaker size. Other then that I would but these again.

Purchased for an 2007 Pontiac g5....vehicle came with non-working front door speakers(an apparently common failure) and becasue of this the seatbelt warning chime and turn signal indication sounds could not be heard...these speakers solved that issue.

Very cheap and poor quality speaker.. you don’t even get what you pay for and that says a lot when you factor the price. Screws are cheap, speaker wire is cheap.. sound quality horrible.. Don’t expect much if you buy these speakers.

An absolute bargain. I replaced my stock boring door speakers with a set of these and I was very please with the results.
They sound very crisp and clear with excellent vocals, just what I wanted. I run these speakers direct from the head unit and plan to buy another pair for the rear doors.
Changing your door speakers should be the first step you take to upgrading your system. Don't be fooled by buying more spensive speakers with the idea they'd sound better. forget about peak power and wattage, what you should focus on is the SLP, these are 92 db and among the best out there.
In simple terms. if you get 100db you'd waste nothing as you would get what you put in. keep this in mind when choosing your speakers.
