I ordered them for acid reflux. They didn't work for me, but that's just because antacids don't work for acid reflux in every person. I'm using them as a general antacid instead now, not for acid reflux. I wouldn't recommend them for acid reflux since they didn't work for me (Amazon also has Gaviscon so see if those might work for you). Otherwise, they're cute, portable, tastes okay and the chewy texture is nicer than tablets. They aren't soft, they're chewy like Skittles fyi if you have very weak teeth. I like the case cos it's easily reusable for other pills or sweets etc.
