This is a must have for anyone with a car. Seriously. I never knew how handy it would be until I used it and realized it fulfills two functions very easily. It combines a pressure gauge with an inflator.We all check our tire pressure before any extended trips. With this device, you first set the PSI your tires should be at. Then, as you check your tires and find them a couple of pounds short, you hit one button and its fixed. Pop it off and go to the next tire. Because you aren’t tethered to a cord, you can make your away around the car in no time flat. If your tire is very low, you might want to break out the corded tire inflator but for the quick check and top up, this is the tool.The buttons might feel un-intuitive at first but its really not that complicated. When it hits the set value it keeps running for a while before shutting itself off, but it will shut off at the set value. It has its own pouch (a necessity) and everything fits inside it with room to spare. It small and compact and doesn’t take up much room in the trunk or wherever you choose to store it (its too big for the glove compartment).Unfortunately, I only have one, so I have to decide which car it stays in. I’ll test this a little longer before getting another but I have a hunch I’ll be giving a few of these out for Christmas this year.

The instructions are pretty straightforward. The battery came about 50% charged, and there are four green lights to indicate the progress.
I evaluated the compressor by adding air to a P205/55/16 size tire that was at 28 psi. The screen display is very clear as seen in the photo. I used the default 36 psi on the device, and it took about 1.5 minutes for the tire to reach 36 psi, and then the device shut off. As comparison, my small AC garage air compressor would have taken about 10 seconds. The battery indicator went to three green lights during this use.
I feel that this inflator is not very convenient as a car tire inflator. It would simply take too long, but it would be better than nothing in an emergency. However, I see this device as being perfect for bicycle tire and sport ball inflation. There is a kit containing several adapters for use with such inflatables. For any serious bicycle riding, this device would be perfect to take along for emergencies.
Overall, it's a good portable inflator for bicycles and inflatable toys.
