I’m very skeptical of alternative medicine but placebo or not ashwagandha has always worked amazing for me. No different with this product I decided to try it since it was a cheaper option. Only reason not complete 5 star is because unfortunately (probably the black pepper) I get GI side effects when I take it. At first I tried to tolerate it but happens all the time so sadly gonna have to stop and buy one without the black pepper as I didn’t have these effects on just pure ashwagandha. A little sad it didn’t work as I planned but excellent price. Also still love the l-theanine from nutratology so I will be still be getting those. Recommend if you can tolerate it!

As a fitness addict. I’m always looking for ways to improve myself. That’s how I discovered Nutratology.

I was very impressed by their selection of products! Many of which I have used in the past or still using at the moment. I had few questions and reached out. They offered amazing customer service. Friendly and rapidly. Also, I realize they were Canadian based, I love supporting local ! The fact that they are shipping via Amazon makes it so easy to place an order and to receive it rapidly !

Here are the products I tried and recommend:
-L-Theanine… I use it with my coffee before my morning workout. From the very first day I felt the difference. It would give me the right state of mind , the tunnel vision needed to go after my workout in my fast state !!!!

-testosterone booster…. I use it after my workout. A, to maximize my gains! And B, to balance my energy for the rest of the day. Also, to help me recover from my workout.Same thing here, from the first day I felt it, as far as the energy! Gainz, we will have to wait a little bit longer, but I’m optimistic.

-Magnesium/ashwsghanda…. I use both of them after my last meal of the day. In order to calm me, recover and go after a great night of sleep. Same thing here, it has really improve my quality of sleep from day one! They provided exactly what they claim to do.

If you are like me and are looking for sustainable energy for your day, stress management and quality of rest, I highly recommend using all of them! It really works for me, hope it will do the same to you!
I now have my one stop shop for my supplements. I highly recommend them to any one looking for good products, good prices, great customer service and fast/easy delivery.
