I wanted to test these out for a couple of weeks before I formed an opinion, because often ear buds in this price range are good for a short while and then they completely die. And... I LOVE THESE!I have tiny ear canals which makes wearing conventional ear buds extremely uncomfortable. I have to modify hooks to keep other ear buds in/on my ears or just doing literally anything will push them right out. Usually, forcing ear buds to stay in my ears by using hooks is painful for me after an hour or so.THESE ear buds however, include ear soft silicone-like inserts in 3 sizes. The smallest size fits quite well and doesn't put pressure in my canals, but nor are they so small as to wiggle around and cause friction. The soft, flexible hook that go around the outside of the ear keeps the buds from falling out by accident, keeping them comfortably in the correct position no matter what activity you're doing, even running.I have a daith piercing in one ear that usually doesn't allow me to wear ear buds in that ear, or else it will cause a lot of severe discomfort. However, the size and shape of these buds allow me to flip my piercing forward and it doesn't touch the ear piece or the hook at all!I have used these every day for several weeks. I have not yet had to recharge the base/case (after the first out-of-the-box-change) yet and it's still at around 70% charged. The buds themselves charge pretty fast inside the case!As for sound, they're pretty decent. Are they the best? No. But they're better than expected for the price considering all of the other positive attributes. The mid range is a little muddy for music, but it's not intolerable. If you're using a device or app with an equalizer, it helps to correct this. Check my screenshot photos on how to find your equalizer if you're using the Amazon Music app, but basically you open the title screen for the song you're playing, tap on the 3 dots then choose "Equalizer." You can play with the presets or set your own. I've included my custom settings for reference, which seems to work well for most music genres. For audio books, movies and videos, the sound quality is fantastic just as it is.Due largely to the design, these function much like noise canceling headphones. They're literally like ear plugs. Even without any audio playing, they block out a significant amount of external sound. You'll need to be cautious in fact, when walking around with these, especially in the city.
