First impressions, amazing! Absolutely no signs of wear; zero scratches, no faded material, and everything functions as expected! However, after comparing side by side to a factory new Iphone XS, this is where i began to notice some issues.First is the camera quality. The replacement refurbished phone looked more grainy. Looking side by side, there was a clear difference when looking at the phone closely. Actual image quality, I cant confirm.Once I noticed the camera quality difference, I then turned both phones to standby mode and noticed the bezel on the refurbished phone was a significantly more defined shade of black; very obvious in the sunlight! This is indicative of a replaced screen (and confirmed my suspicion of this after wiping it down with alcohol wipes and seeing suction marks on the screen, which is how it would have been held in place during replacement.)Next is the screen quality itself; Significantly worse than apple factory standard screen. (See pictures - Original Iphone on right, refurbished on the left). The colour is off, the blacks are weird shades, you can see individual pixels with the naked eye, it looks blurry in some areas (battery bar and smaller icons show this well - look at first and second picture for comparison), and worst is that it feels like a slower refresh rate (immediately noticed this when using the camera app). I know it says "no signs of wear or cosmetic damage when held 30cm away", but the screen really is a let down for me. On top of this, it was installed using thick foam which made the phone screen sit WAY too high. This is when i noticed how easily the screen literally fell out....What ISN'T a let down though is the battery! A freshly installed genuine apple battery, 100% battery health! (See pictures) This makes the phone worth it, especially as a replacement for a few months; all day battery is important for my use case.If you're not nit-picky and will be using a case, this phone will do. Otherwise, its a pretty big let down for anyone who intends to keep this phone long term. I've sold this to a friend for parts. Buyer beware!

June 2022 update:
The phone has stopped working entirely, it seems to be a hardware issue regarding the logic board. There were no noticeable issues leading up to its failure, and I wouldn’t say it’s gone through anything other than a short fall. I can’t remember the battery capacity, but I don’t think it needed servicing just yet. I’m disappointed that it didn’t even last for two years, though I can’t say this is reflective of all Renewed products. I would be hesitant to purchase again.
August 2021 update:
The battery percent is still 86%, there seems to be no burn-in. The OLED is highly enjoyable especially with black dark modes. The more recent OLED iPhones are much more expensive and the upgrade to an 11 is minor, so a pretty good deal!
February 2021:
The Renewed description is quite accurate, although and understandably, small scratches are still noticeable at arms length. Unfortunately, there is a small scratch on the camera lens with two very small cracks, though there are no problems with the camera. My iPhone XS has 86% battery capacity which is fine. Aside from the scratch, it looks and runs fine, I assume it’s the luck of the draw regarding any minor defects.
Please pardon the screen protector and case in the photos, but there was really only one other small scratch aside from the one on the lens.
