Ok, so I ordered this re-furbished phone because I'm going on a cruise and I can't take my business iPhone phone with me.
When I opened the box, I was very impressed. The phone was absolutely like brand new. No scratches, the screen was perfect and everything worked. I set it up and everything went smoothly. It charged with no issue and the battery life, so far (its only been a few days) seems good.
The only tiny issue that I can find so far is that the phone doesn't come with the pin device that opens the SIM card slot. Not a huge issue at all as I have a couple of them, but someone else might not.
As for setting it up, there was no issue at all. It connected to my WiFi without problems and updated itself as soon as it connected.
Now I still have to add it to my wireless phone plan, but I expect that will be very easy.
I would recommend Canadian Outlet (company that fulfills Amazon's requests) as like I said, I was extremely impressed by the phone that I received and it was also a very good price.
As for the Amazon side, product arrived on-time and was packaged well for shipping.
