The phone would freeze, and the screen gradually distorted until it eventually just crashed and powered itself off. When trying to use the camera, the lenses would oscillate violently, causing the phone to vibrate and the image on the screen to quiver. And the front-facing camera would stop working when needing facial recognition to unlock the phone. Whoever certified the phone as "Refurbished" should have their credentials for "Refurbished."I attached an image from the camera while it was going bonkers.

This refurbished iPhone 11 Pro arrived quickly and in perfect cosmetic and working condition. I see no scratches, dents, or abrasions on the device AND it arrived with a screen protector pre-installed.

On first use, the battery health of the phone was listed at 92%. There was a 5v charger and cable included, but it seems to charge pretty quickly. After several days of use, the device has no issues whatsoever that I can discern.

The only minor issue was that the shipment was held up for a full week and I had some trouble getting a clear answer as to why on Amazon Chat - it ended up being a payment authorization issue. Once it cleared the phone arrived the following day (to an address in Quebec).

I purchased their product and at first, it was great. after about 65 days the phone randomly shut down and when I restarted it had 1% battery in the settings, it stated the battery was not an Apple battery. I was able to get everything to go away in minutes but it happened a few more times. this past weekend I was away and my phone completely shut down and would not restart I took it to apple and was told there were hardware problems and it could not be fixed nd had to be replaced. I tried to contact amazon and was very rudely dismissed on the chat when i was trying to get help.

I have 4 stars only because it said excellent condition and there was scratches on the side of the phone in a few areas that were quite noticeable. The phone charger it came with charged it extremely slow to the point where it took almost 24 hrs of being plugged in to fully charge. I ended up buying an additional fast charge cord for it instead of using the generic one given. The phone overall is great no issues there. However the battery life was at 87% once again a bit low for something considered excellent condition.

To start, this is one of the best phone I have used!

Even though it was a refurbished phone. The quality was 100%. Not a single scratch/dent/marks nor anything. Truly brand new quality. So, I was very impressed when I received the product.

The box didn't have the Apple branded cable and cube charger but I am totally ok with that.

The metal body gives it a really premium feel on touch, as it is Gorilla Glass back and front with stainless steel frame. The phone is IP68 dust/water resistant but I never try to test it.

The display is an Super Retina XDR OLED, HDR10, Dolby Vision with 800 nits (typ), 1200 nits (peak). With such high quality I am still not used to this small 5.8 inches screen. Even though it has 458 ppi density.

The Apple A13 Bionic chip makes everything so lightning fast, multi-tasking is a breeze.

The 3 front cameras are as follow:
12 MP, f/1.8, 26mm (wide), 1/2.55", 1.4µm, dual pixel PDAF, OIS
12 MP, f/2.0, 52mm (telephoto), 1/3.4", 1.0µm, PDAF, OIS, 2x optical zoom
12 MP, f/2.4, 120˚, 13mm (ultrawide), 1/3.6"

Everything makes it look so nice, bright. It is true what they said. iPhone makes taking a nice picture a breeze. It makes sure you can take a quality picture everything you press the button. Without adjusting anything. Just click and that's it. Same with the selfie camera in its quality. Just superb quality!

Stereo speakers is really ggood as well.

The Li-Ion 3046 mAh battery will last for 2-3 days based on my daily use.

Really like the phone, good quality. But definitely over-priced compare to other phones out there in now 2021 market.

Okay. Here’s the thing. The phone it’s self is really really good. I’m Infact writing this review from the phone. But honestly it all depends on how the phone was treated in the workplace and how safe and protected it gets to your house. Honestly like don’t buy phones off Amazon if you live far and it’s going to take a while to get there, chances are the phone will end up with atleast a few scratches or dents maybe even a couple cracks. The phone got here in 2 days for me and came in almost perfect condition minus a small crack at the top of the screen protector. Again thought, of course it’s not going to come perfect because it is being delivered by Amazon and they don’t always take perfect care of their packages. So please if you can, buy a phone from the store. Unless again you live close and it will get to you in a short amount of time alsooo if you don’t mind a few scratches.

Overall the phone I received was fine. There were several cosmetic issues with the phone that I received.

- There was a (albeit thin) 1.5 cm scratch on the screen, underneath the screen protector which was unfortunate
- There were several fine scratches on the cameras on the back. Photo capability seems unchanged.
- Battery health was pretty good at 95%

The provided charger is unfortunately 5V/2.3a and therefore will not fast charge your phone. It would have been nice to see an 18 or 20 W charger included.
Overall it’s fine for the price I paid.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! There is no visible damage to the phone whatsoever, the battery health is at 100%, and the order arrived earlier than it was supposed to! My main concern was the phone would have a poor battery health percentage, however I turned out to be wrong. Plus, they generously included a screen protector already installed! I had no problem setting it up, and the phone is in great physical condition! Amazing, and great value for the money you pay!

Es la primera vez que compro un equipo reacondicionado y la verdad es que me sorprendió. En primer lugar, me gustaría recalcar su estética exterior, el equipo no tenía ni un sólo rasguño, rayadura o golpe; se sintió como si estuviéramos abriendo un teléfono totalmente nuevo. Traía un 85% de vida útil en su batería, algo que está bastante bien, sin embargo, esperaba un poco más de ello. Lo que más me gustó es que no trae ninguna pieza reemplazada o removida. Y hasta el momento, no presenta ninguna falla a nivel operativo, ya tengo casi 2 meses con él y sin lugar a duda lo recomiendo muchísimo. Denle una oportunidad a un equipo reacondicionado, te puedes llevar una sorpresa por un precio bastante bueno. Te lo recomiendo si es tu primer teléfono de esta marca y lo que quieres es quitarte la espinita de tener iPhone.

Enserio no tenía tan buenas expectativas sobre como me llegaría ya que lo pedí en la condición aceptable y para mí sorpresa vino con 100% de condición de batería y funciona muy bien
Lo único malo que veo son los rayones en la pantalla pero no se ven tanto aparte no afecta la función de la pantalla.
Espero que mi opinión les ayude a tomar una decisión pero depende de la suerte.
